In 2018, coal was replaced by gas, the gas kiln was demolished and a new natural gas kiln was built, and it was connected to the natural gas pipeline and officially put into use that year.
In 2019, the grinding workshop was relocated and the environmental protection equipment was upgraded. The original grinding workshop set up a blank warehouse, replaced a new resistance furnace, and replaced a new hook shot blasting machine.
In 2020, a new finished product warehouse of 1,500 square meters will be built for storage, cleaning, painting and rust prevention of finished parts.
In 2021, the water glass ammonium chloride process was upgraded to a silica sol composite process, and a constant temperature and humidity room was built, and an air-drying line was installed; according to national standards, the original aluminum shell furnace body was replaced with a steel shell furnace body; a paint room was built and a paint line and environmental protection facilities were installed; a small excavator was purchased to improve the shell breaking efficiency and save labor.
In 2022, it is planned to expand the coated sand production workshop and replace the original equipment; expand the wax model workshop and replace equipment such as wax injection machines, wax stirring machines, and wax melting machines; and add a water glass sand casting line to the sand casting workshop.
In 2023, it is planned to add a large shot blasting machine to improve efficiency and save labor; and add 2 machining centers and other conventional equipment to improve production efficiency.
